The Sugar handling system is PLC Controlled system designed to suit the needs of the individual. The system helps the client to maintain hygienic environment & consistent products quality. In this system, flour & Sugar is Drawn from bags through a mechanical bag tilter. The flour is made to pass Rare Earth Magnets & Gyro Sifter. The flour is transferred to weigh station through screw conveyor and is pneumatically transferred to the mixer. Similarly sugar is transferred to cremer from Blow Tank mounted on load cells. Batch wise records are maintained through PLC & data can be seen on PC through SCADA.
